About
The Guam Psychological Association (GPA) is ‘where America's day begins' 3800 miles west of Hawaii and surrounded by the world's largest and deepest ocean. As one of American Psychological Association's smallest affiliates, GPA endorses APA's mission of psychology through education, science, practice, and service in the public interest, particularly for the island communities of the Western Pacific and Micronesia. GPA works tirelessly in the vanguard of multicultural and sociopolitical endeavors in solidarity with national and international psychology. GPA, 10 hours earlier and a day ahead of APA offices 9000 miles away, welcomes and values psychologists around the world.
